My Mind

This blog exists to chronicle the myriad ideas I have, that I will sadly never have the resources to complete. Enjoy, and do well with them. Also anyone wishing to support me in my endeavours is encouraged to visit this page to see Some Images I've produced.

Infinity Theory

Infinity theory: If one were to stop experiencing time, one would be able to see an infinite number of possible paths to take. If one were to set oneself 'back' along the acknowledged timeline one would see an even greater infinity of branching paths. Multiple infinities. Each branch, since the first human consciousness, has had an infinity of branches immediately adjacent. Each one of those had an infinity. Therefore time in the linear expression that we seem to experience, and the history that we study, is merely a long strand of possible links which could have just as easily been a different one, and in fact were, in someone's history. Time is infinity, and infinity is time. Time is not a collection of things that happened, it is a fabric of things that can happen and do happen, and do not happen. All of this happens an infinite number of times per unit of time, the smallest of which is not even measurable by current science. Of course measuring this unit of time is futile anyway because time is not a measurable substance or distance, so to measure time one must measure infinity, and if one can measure infinity, then one is God, and if one is God, then one would not need to measure time. Therefore the linear measure of time is of no intrinsic value.
